ABOUT EMILEE

Throughout her youth, Emilee was known for giving relief and comfort to her friends and family with her nurturing touch. When a registered massage therapist came in and taught hand and back massages to her high school kinesiology class, Emilee was intrigued. Massage therapy as a career had always been in the back of her mind, so when she finished her Bachelor of Arts, she decided to enroll in an accredited massage therapy program. She loved school, learning about the human body and the ways that our hands can influence it.

In 2012, Emilee graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now called Evolve).

Emilee has training in craniosacral therapy, cupping, myofascial release, musculoskeletal injuries and working with prenatal and postpartum clients. She also enjoys treating clients with headaches, chronic pain as well as with individuals experiencing pain and tension resulting from cancer treatment. Her passion is to help people to live pain-free while functioning in daily life or maintaining their wellness. Down to earth, outgoing, and relatable, Emilee encourages clients to ask questions before or during the process. One of her favourite parts of the job is getting to know the variety of clients who walk through the door.

Emilee has volunteered as a massage therapist at various charity sporting events such as Biking to the Viking, Love for Life Golf Tournament, and Women Running for Women.
Beyond the workplace, Emilee is a busy mom of two children who spends time puzzling, playing outside, reading and camping.
